We need a volunteer to do our newsletter for the month of August. 

 

The location of the 2013 District Conference- Honor's Haven in Ellenville, NY- was voted on and approved by our club. 

Scholarship presentations- Walter  thanked Crystal Run Healthcare and Ball Corp. for partnering with us on our scholarship program and introduced the scholarship recipients.  Dr. Koury, from Crystal Run Healthcare, said a few words about their continued support of this scholarship.  Amanda Krosche received the Crystal Run Healthcare scholarship and will be attending Johns Hopkins University starting in the fall, majoring in Chemical Biomolecular Engineering.  Katherine Tavermina received the Ball Corp. scholarship and will be attending SUNY New Paltz starting this summer, majoring in Music Therapy.  Both students are graduates of Pine Bush High School.
